With the rapid development of automobile industry and its damage to the environment has become more pronounced, which requires the automobile industry to develop energy-saving and environment-friendly car actively. In which hybrid vehicles is the best product to achieve industrialization. Hydraulic hybrid vehicles as one of hybrid vehicles is highly valued by governments and research institutions gradually because it recycles brake energy efficiently.Energy control strategy is the key technology of hybrid vehicles, energy control strategy of hydraulic hybrid vehicles decides the distribution of the torque between the engine and hydraulic pump / motor,determines operating point between them,affects power , fuel economy and emission performance such in all aspects greatly, so the research for energy control strategy of hydraulic hybrid vehicles has great significance for playing superiority of energy-saving and environment-friendly fully.After consulting a lot of related literatures and reference materials at home and abroad, Parallel Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicles is selected for the study, designed energy control strategy based on threshold logic and fuzzy logic and simulated.First, the vehicle simulation model on Matlab/simulink platform is built based on the study of PHHV, which provided the necessary simulation platform for energy control strategy research;Then, energy control strategy based threshold logic is designed based on the basic operating mode of PHHV and the map of engine efficiency, and the simulation result shows the strategy can realize a reasonable switch in various operating modes and it is effective;Finally, energy control strategy based fuzzy logic is designed based on the logic threshold energy control strategy, and the simulation result shows it ensure the optimal allocation of the torque between the engine and hydraulic pump / motor and can improve the vehicle's fuel economy better.
