| Nowadays computer system has been implemented in every corner of the management of vehicle and affected the method and scope of our work. According to the character of the vehicle inspection and the problems which we encountered, this thesis elaborates the method using computer system to carry out supervision , under the control of , administration on motor vehicle inspection, constructing thinking and systematic design and realization. The construction of Tianjin vehicle inspection multi-media information management system is in accordance with the requirments of the Ministry of Public Security , is tied in wedlock the Tianjin vehicle inspection condition. The construction of this system is according to the Item and Method of Power-driven Vehicles Safety Technology Inspection(GB21861-2008). The information system has realized the supervision, control and management of vehicle inspection and also realized the inspection processes, value taken method, result calculation and qualified decision in technical level. And all of them are coincident to the Safety Specifications for power-driven Vehicles Operating on Roads (GA7258-2004) and other relative national standards and rule of laws. Tianjin vehicle inspection multi-media information management system involves some kinds of technology, such as autocontrol, database, video frequency management, intelligent card and so on. This essay will specified the structure of the system, the data processing and the realization of the activities.
