This article takes the power supply company’s power equipment safety inspection information construction demand as the research background.The research purpose is to develop a safety inspection system for power equipment that meets the needs of enterprise applications.The system is developed using Web application development technology,database technology,UML modeling technology and MVC system architecture design technology.The system test and operation results show that the power equipment safety inspection system based on the MVC architecture meets the requirements of users and can meet the requirements of enterprise informatization construction.Firstly,the paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the current power equipment safety inspection work from the background of the research,and clarifies the significance and value of the research.Through the analysis of the current situation of the information construction of domestic and foreign power enterprises,the content and objectives of the research are clarified.Finally,the design and development of power equipment safety inspection system with MVC architecture mode is determined.The system design mainly adopts the mobile priority design idea and theory,focusing on the application requirements of the user terminal equipment types and sizes,and adopts the responsive page architecture design technology to realize the front-end page adaptation.In the process of system development and implementation,the application of various sensor equipment and video acquisition equipment in the system is considered.By using various development API interfaces provided by the service providers of sensor equipment and video acquisition equipment,the corresponding business processing method is called to realize the security inspection of power equipment based on sensor equipment and video acquisition processing.The core business function modules of the system include basic information management,equipment account management,inspection plan management,power equipment inspection management,equipment maintenance management and other business modules,and some core business function modules are designed in detail.Secondly,the paper describes the work completed in the system implementation stage from the perspective of Web front-end implementation and business function implementation.Finally,the test results show that the system meets the design requirements and reaches the construction goal proposed in the design stage.In conclusion,this paper mainly completes the design and development of the safety inspection system of power equipment based on MVC mode.The system development has been accepted and deployed in trial operation by Liangshan state Inning power supply branch of Sichuan Electric Power Company of State Grid.The results of the trial operation show that the system can effectively solve the problems and shortcomings in the current enterprise power equipment safety inspection management process,further improve the efficiency and quality of the power equipment safety inspection work,and improve the information and scientificity of the management work.
