With the frequent outbreaks of infectious diseases, new outbreaks ofinfectious diseases prevention and control situation is worsening, so it’s urgentneed to develop mobile laboratories with negative pressure isolation function(filtration and negative pressure isolation). Mobile laboratories can arrive at thescene quickly and develop rapid pathogen diagnostic tests when the majorinfectious disease outbreaks. Bio-safety inspection vehicle is engaged inpathogenic microorganisms testing operations technology platform in the fieldand an important support equipment to deal with public health emergencies,bioterrorism and assume major events security tasks.As there is no standard of the bio-safety inspection vehicle in China, thepaper consulted related technical requirements of GB19489-2008《Laboratories-General requirements for biosafety》, systematically studied thecore technology problems and technical difficulties of carriage structure designand environmental control, built the general idea of biological safety inspectionvehicle. By the means of the methods such as theoretical analysis, numericalcalculation, CFD simulation and experimental verification, the study was basedon the calculation of ventilation volume and cooling and heating load. Throughthe study of laboratory ventilation system and new combined air conditioningtreatment system, the ventilation way of central supply, area distribution andcentral exhaust was used and the up-in and low-out ventilation airfloworganization was designed to form the directional flow from clean areas tocontaminated areas. The pressure control technology which referred to the corebiological safety problem was also put forward.The research results of this paper indicated that this bio-safety inspectionvehicle studied can achieve negative pressure isolation and form an effectiveprotection of the surrounding environment and guarantees experiments factoragainst outside contamination, is the essential equipment to ensure the safety ofstaff and the cleanliness of surrounding. The research results of this paper hashigh theoretical significance and practical value, can provide a good referencefor design and manufacture of mobile biosafety laboratories in the future.
