Construction safety has been included in focus of the construction and social development, and its level directly affects industrial production efficiency and social stably development. At this stage, China has set up evaluation and management of relevant safety around the construction site safety to face the grim situation of construction accidents. In the long run, the enthusiasm of enterprise security management wasn't really mobilized, and safety evaluation and management have not been effectively carried out.Construction is a highly restrictive industry and its process is a process vulnerable to the influence of time, on-site safety will occur with varying degrees over the schedule of the fluctuations. The traditional evaluation of construction safety was largely based on construction status, and can not reflect the time dimension of the construction process, resulting in the actual use of various types of safety evaluation is limited. Therefore, it needs to establish a safety evaluation can not only reflect the dynamic nature of evaluation, but will also take full account of the construction safety level impact of the changing construction schedule.Based on the overall integrity of project duration, quality, cost, and resource, the paper systematically analyzes the internal relations and the impact of project schedule changes on all the aspects and processes of project to filter and select relations and incentives of construction safety. Starting from the relations and the incentive, the paper finds out the pathway and volatility trends of the level of construction safety based on changing schedule to establish a scientific logical relationship and analyze the course of the pathway and volatility trends in detail.This paper thoroughly studies the relationship between schedule and the level of construction safety, and establishes a reasonable, scientific, effective and feasible construction schedule - safety evaluation index system based on it. According to the evaluation principles and the relationship of impact, construction schedule - safety evaluation index system is divided into workers, technology, capital, management, and environmental first-level indicators and a number of second-level indicators for construction schedule - safety evaluationAt the same time, the paper analyzes and compares a variety of widely used safety evaluation theories, according to the merits of the safety evaluation theories, eventually select BP neural network technology for the main theoretical basis of the paper evaluation method combined with features of project, schedule, and construction safety. Thesis discusses the development and application problems of BP neural network and put LMBP algorithm as this BP network algorithm to establish a construction schedule - safety evaluation model based on it. Finally, experimental examples show the feasibility of the model as well as algorithm selection is correct.
