Research On The Influence Of The Industrial Land On The Urban Spatial Structure In Shanghai

The urban spatial structure is a projection of the urban Function organization on the urban space, is the city's political, economic, social, cultural life, natural conditions and engineering and architectural structure with combination of integrated responses.Into the twenty-first century, the overall background of the face of global marketization, the process of urbanization and industrialization in China is accelerating, the industrial layout which was formed under the planned economic system has been unable to meet the needs of urban development, and may even hinder the further development of the city. Meanwhile, faced with the timing of the national industrial restructuring, for the majority of our cities, how to adjust the legacy of industrial land, how to plan the new industrial land, is a priority, but also a difficulty. If used properly, it can be not only a major booster of urbanization, but also an important means of the external expansion and internal regulation. Therefore, how to adjust industrial layout to optimize the urban spatial structure, has attracted many scholars. This paper selects a representative city of Shanghai, as the object of this study. As a post-industrial city, Shanghai has many worthy experiences in and the process of urban construction and industrial development. By the research of Shanghai urban spatial structure and layout of industrial land, the author hope to find the impact of industrial land urban on the spatial structure, and tally up the general layout of both models for the other cities in China.This thesis is divided into four parts, six chapters.Part I: Research Orientation, including chapter 1 and chapter 2. It includes the introduction and literature review. The first chapter introduces the research background, meaning, purpose, scope and methods, and the main frame. The second chapter made a more detailed study on the related theory, and it makes the introduction and evaluation on the current status of the domestic and international research.Part II: put a question, including Chapter 3. This section is to select a few cases, from which sum up the current layout of urban spatial structure model and the main influencing factors, and summarize the type and model of industrial land, as the basis for the follow-up basis.Part III: analysis the question, Chapter 4. Based on the second part, this section summarizes the general model of urban spatial structure and in different periods of Shanghai.Part IV: solving the question, Chapter 5 and Chapter 6. Chapter 5 selected analysis the type of the layout of industrial land especially the industrial park, derived its impact on the role of urban spatial structure and a brief optimization strategy for Shanghai. Chapter 6 includes the conclusion and outlook, it made a brief summary and follow-up study.
