Blended with heavy and residue oil on energy conservation in the large ships has been achieve. Recently, crude oil prices rise, small and medium-sized vessels also hope that the oil blended with low-grade fuel to save cost, Therefore, the study on river vessels diesel-powered devices to energy-saving as a research topic is significant practical value.Save energy can not ba separated from the thermodynamics of energy systems analysis, that is to achieve thermal management of diesel power plant. This requires testing a large number of reliable date .Therefore this paper was designed and set up diesel engine thermal balance test platform. Geted the thermal balance test on test platform, carried out heat balance analysis and exergic balance analysis, and proved exergic balanced analysis to be better of used to guide a reasonable energy. Blended with poor-quality oil on diesel engine feasibility of a pilot study, analysis of diesel engine fuel consumption and emission rates,when incorporation of additives, for different diameter of piston pump to increase fuel injection pressure and improved pre-processing filters.Recored specific fuel consumption,exhaust out temperature,water out-let and in-let temperature under different load blending ,when burned different types of fuels.and analysis of diesel engine thermal balance and tengwar balance. Exergic balance analysis proved better to guide a reasonable energy. As we know, the proportion of reactive power ,the exhaust gas and the cooling water taked away heat come with changes in load. And compared the combustion characteristic of three different fuel,exhaust recyclable exergic,cooling water recyclable exergic. The results proved that engine load characteristics of blended with diesel oil and bio-diesel showes that the economy better with the load increases,and the proportion of effective power was high than pure diesel combustion,fully ment the requirementas.Finally, utilization of waste heat of diesel engine are discussed. Design of a large diesel engine waste heat recovery program, And analysis the calculation of heat exchanger. analysis of exergic waste rate in every equipment of waste heat of diesel engine. To identify weak links in the energy-saving, and to give a optimize proposal. Program to calculate the energy of the pre-investment and the repayment period and the net present value, for the owner to choose the transformation and new ship oil blended with low-quality program to provide a scientific basis.
