With the development of science and technology, the reliability and security of power system have become increasingly demanding. In the past, periodic repair has always been an important measure of ensuring safety of power system. However, it is inadequate for normal production today. In order to both meet new requirements of development and respond to the opinions on promoting condition maintenance canonically proposed by State Grid Corporation of China, many power supply companies begin to put condition maintenance into practice.This paper designs an information management and aided decision-making system of condition maintenance of power transformer and transformation system. Utilizing JAVA programming language, JSP technology and MYSQL database, this work designs information management software system of condition maintenance of 500kV SF6 breaker. Firstly, the main functions of the system are analyzed and the primary infrastructure and model of the system are designed. Then, the database model of the system are established and detailed description of all kinds of tables and meanings, attributes and types of each field in the tables are given. The operation of database, of which the detailed code are given, and the user operation on the JSP web page are combined. This paper also designed the Java Bean to realize these operations, which separates the design of web page and program. The paper ends with the concise operation interface and directions of using the software.The software realizes the management of information of substations and SF6 breakers, scores of condition maintenance and assessment description materials, satisfies the requirements of different users such as workers and mangers and can generate the assessment report of devices according the result of condition maintenance, which includes corresponding suggestions. In addition, the software realizes the canonical management of information of condition maintenance, has all basic functions of software system of condition maintenance and provides a certain degree of expandability, which makes the further development available under some conditions. Besides, it only needs to be installed on a server, and users can carry out remote control through Web browser. Moreover, the used development platform and plug-in units are all open-source, which makes it economical. |
