Frame shear wall structure is a widely used structure type in high-rise buildings at present, but opinions about structure layout and its designing calculation varies, even that much bifurcation exists. This paper researches on the effects of structural properties which are brought up by the change of parameters in frame shear wall structure designing.After reviewing about the research status quos and project application of frame shear wall structure, meanwhile, summarizing the key points in designing and code of frame shear wall structure, this essay, combined with practical works, gives models created by using the 3D finite element program ETABS and structure space finite element program SATWE. The influence on structure's control parameters is analyzed and studied on the condition that section shape and position of shear walls are changed, besides, the total section area is permanent. In addition to that, the influence of coupling beam's section scale on the anti-torsion property and changes of structure integral properties when the coupling beam's rigidity is discounted are both studied.Regarding to different influencing factors, in this paper, several structure finite models are created to be calculated and analyzed. It is found out that the rigidity and integral stability are better when shear wall are located in the structure uniformly.Γ-type (asymmetry flange) shear wall has a better stress property and a larger rigidity than T-type (symmetry flange and asymmetry flange) shear wall when the height of flange is smaller and the total height is unchanged, at the same time, reducing the story placement. The hole height of shear wall have an obvious influence on the anti-torsion property. The higher coupling beam, the bigger structure integral rigidity. If the torsion effect is great and other conditions can't be changed, more obvious effect will appear when the coupling beams'heights are changed. It is obtained that with the change of coupling beam's reduction coefficient, the natural vibration period and placement of structure will be significantly changed.
