In the last few years, with society's progress and the higher education scale's rapid expansion, many universities seized the opportunities to construct large quantities of new school districts. On the one hand, the new school district's construction has led to the area development, on the other hand, on the other hand, more and more attention has been paid to the indoor light hot environment question of the classroom by the entire society. High (low) warm is one of pressure origins studied in the environmental psychology. The classroom is a personnel high degree of concentration place, and the student unsatisfactory hot feeling can affect their study efficiency, as well as the physical and moral integrity. The architect should neither only consider the beauty while neglect the construction energy conservation and hot environment comfortableness, norpurely emphasize hot environment comfortableness while reduce the construction the cultural connotation, should give dual attention to user's concern and the construction esthetics pursue.Takes the typical characteristic classroom building of Liaocheng University for example, which is a contemporary university campus building, the appraisal analysis is carried out on the hot environment and the heatproof of this building in the paper, as well as the heat preservation measure.Firstly, the paper summarized the typical design technique of this classroom building, and also understood the student's hot adaptation condition in the classroom building through the scene questionnaire survey. Then, the transition season of architectural complex and internal heat environment in summer were measured, and the analysis of the related architectural design strategy influencing the indoor light hot environment was performed.Secondly, based on the results mentioned above, the construction performance optimization techniques strategy was clarified.Finally, the paper analyzed the enclosure heat preservation energy conservation procedure of the classroom building outside. The crux of architectural design technique and energy conservation design technique was figured out, and the improvement program was proposed.
