The energy consumption of buildings accounts for one-third of the total energy consumption of the society.Along with the rapid advancement of urbanization in China,improving the enclosure structure,especially the thermal insulation performance of exterior walls is an effective methods to reduce building energy consumption.After more than 20 years of rapid development,the exterior wall insulation industry of China still has problems such as imperfect policy standards,inconsistent market products,and insufficiency in technological innovation capabilities.Under the green economy development model that advocates energy conservation and environmental protection in the whole society,improving the thermal insulation performance of buildings is imminent.In this paper,a super-thin stone insulation and decoration integrated board are considered as the main research object,and the construction,design and engineering application of the exterior wall thermal insulation and decoration integrated board were studied.Firstly,The article summarizes the technical development of building insulation technology in China.In the other hand,the advantages and disadvantages aspects of the three types of external wall insulation models are analyzed.The external wall insulation model has become the mainstream external wall insulation model because of its convenient construction,without affecting the normal use of existing buildings and the ability to effectively cut off thermal bridges.Through the analysis of the exterior wall insulation model insulation materials and insulation system,the construction materials of the insulation and decoration integrated plate are selected.With the analysis of the application background,physical and chemical properties and application advantages of stone curtain wall,the material of stone curtain wall is natural,and accords with the new architectural concept of green,environmental protection and energy saving.Through the comparison with the aluminum plate external wall insulation decoration integrated system and the color steel plate thermal insulation decoration integrated system,the advantages of the stone thermal insulation decoration integrated system are proved.Secondly,in order to develop intrinsically safe,energy-saving,environmental protection,lightweight and high-strength insulation and decorative integrated wall panels,the performance of the ultrathin stone integrated board material is analyzed.From the aspects of overall materials,adhesives,anchors,sealing strips,etc.,the performance of the ultrathin stone integrated board is ensured.Compared with the traditional dry-hanging stone,the ultrathin stone integrated board shows the advantages of safety,application,energy saving and environmental protection.Thirdly,in order to construct a scientific and reasonable external wall insulation system,the design and construction requirements of the ultrathin stone integrated plate are studied.The design requirements for the ultrathin stone integrated board are determined from the aspects of energy saving,construction and anchorage,and the construction process of the ultrathin stone integrated board is adopted.Construction points are put forward at the stages of grass-roots processing,insulation board installation,and completion acceptance,and the construction of integrated boards at special locations is studied.Finally,a systematic summary study of ultra-thin stone integrated panels was conducted with the project of the Northeast Village Community Reconstruction Project(Eastern District).This paper practically combines engineering examples,takes the construction process as the main line,introduces the project overview,records all preparations for the construction of the ultra-thin stone integrated plate,quality and safety assurance measures,the on-site installation and the integrated plate fixation process,and tests for the project quality.After the test and testing of this project,it has further proved the superiority of the ultra-thin stone integrated board in terms of weatherability,tensile bond strength,and combustion performance.
