Gas distributed generation energy station, combined cooling, heating and power (CHHP) is an important form of distributed generation. Based on power generation and cooling technology, it takes gas as primary energy to produce cold energy, heat energy and electrical power. DES/CCHP, which is flexibly positioned near users in a small scale, provides the customers with electrical power, central heating, central refrigeration and hot water in order to reduce transmission losses. Through "local direct supply", it realizes cascading, recycling, efficient use of energy at the same time and avoids multiple conversion and transmission losses. Compared with the traditional power plant,it has higher energy efficiency, economic benefits, and outstanding environmental protection.By analyzing the development of distributed energy stations of home and abroad, this thesis studies on the programming of the gas distributed generation energy station at Wuqing Tianjin and presents overall design scheme of the project. Specifically includes determination of the site selection by comparing two candidate sites in feasibility and advancement aspects, then calculates heat load by classification method of heat load density as well as forecast electricity load by regression analysis to determine the capacity of the units. Selects gas turbine, waste heat boiler, steam turbine and other supporting facilities based on analysis of reality and feasibility. Finally, determines the overall project plan by designing operation process of the project and analyzing investment returns to demonstrate that the program meets the engineering requirements.Based on study and design of this paper, Wuqing Energy Station project proposal has been verified through the National Development and Reform Commission. The selected site has been leveled already, the main equipments have been determined, auxiliary equipments are at the tender stage. The relevant roads laying, gas pipeline configuration and assessment of water supply have been completed, this project has been in the beginning of construction phase, all the above testifies advancement and feasibility of this paper.
