The Reserch On Decorative Art Of Building Entrance For Modern Architecture In Harbin

The mordern architectures in Harbin embrace the different styles and features of various cultures in various eras, and such enjoys a high reputation in both domestic and abroad. The entrance of architecture, as an important component and one of the most important decorative parts of the building elevation and integral spacial frame, whose compound mode and morphosis of decoritive components are vital for expressing the architectural art features. Through its beauty in form and orgnization of patterns or molding, the decorative components in entrance of building is shaped into a specific space and to convey information with specific signals. Here by, the traditional meanings of region and the respective ways of act and customs from different cultures of the architectures are embodied.This paper firstly dissected the constitutes of the building entrance space from a lateral angle, and listed out the inscape and decorative factors. And then, starting from the decorative forms, decorative functions and the accoplishing means of the modern building entrances in Harbin, this paper also deeply intepreted the art carriers and pattern characters of entrance decoration and the distinct decorative styles formed in special periods of history in modern Harbin. Combining with the analysis on the spacial form and decorative style and character at entrances of the modern architectures in Harbin, this paper has explored the research on decorative detail components of building entrance, and summerizes the compositional fundamentals and assembling order in relationship between building entrance decoration and composition of building elevation. Integrating with principles in aesthetics and phycology, this paper regards the aesthetic features which are included in coordination between building entrance decoration and other components in building elevation as analytic targets, and deeply researches the methods used in modern building entrances in Harbin, in order to inherit and develop the modern architectural signs and contexts and to apply them to the aesthetic issues in re-decoration of existing building elevations and provide information for up-to-date architectural designs and local lanscape designs. In the end of the paper, it has investigated the value of building entrance decoration from both emotional level and cultural level, which is, by means of decoration, the functional and emotional properties are intensified, and then, the bulding entrance is made to become the ligment which connects people to the building when people enter the building and also the carrier of the charished memory and sence of belonging produced by people when they leave the building.
