Currently, centrifugal hollow concrete-filled steel tubular structure,as a branch of the concrete-filled steel tubular structure,have been widely used in actual projects because of its excellent economy and easy-assembly, and the "Technical Specification for hollow concrete-filled steel tubular structures" has been issued last year .At present there are not enough research on the maximum height and the height-width ratio for the frame structure, the "Technical Specification for hollow concrete-filled steel tubular structures" only make them as the relevant requirements of reinforced concrete structures. So it is necessary to carry out the actual checking of them. In addition, the semi-rigid joints also have a great impact on the seismic performance of centrifugal hollow concrete-filled steel tubular structures, so it is worth studying. The main contents of this paper are as follow:(1)Based on the experimental data of the concrete-filled steel tubular joint experiment, this paper analysis the moment-rotation model of the hollow concrete-filled steel tubular structure joint, and compare the semi-rigid joint model, which is developed in this paper, with the experiment data. By using the semi-rigid joint model, this paper analysis how the semi-rigid joint affect the seismic response of the frame structure.(2)This paper establish the hollow concrete-filled steel tubular fiber beam model in the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and simulate the semi-rigid joint property by setting the semi-rigid joint in the model. By comparing the seismic response of the model which have different joint stiffness, hollow ratio and section type, this paper analysis how the joint stiffness, hollow ratio and section type effect the whole structure.(3)By comparing the seismic response of the RC frame model and the centrifugal hollow concrete-filled steel tubular frame model, this paper test and verify the related articles in the "Technical Specification for hollow concrete-filled steel tubular structures".
