| Solar energy comes into the spotlight.Moreover,the photovoltaic system has low efficiency,thus low cost and high efficiency of related technologies is essential to popularization activity. The function and efficiency optimization of the DC/DC converter as the solar cells interface circuit is mainly studied in this paper.First,the main function of the solar cells interface circuit is studied.It is named MPPT(maximum power point tracking) as a very important technology in the photovoltaic system to transfer energy from solar cells to the load at the maximum power point any time.Based on preserving the virtue of the duty radio Perturbation and Observation and its the major defect,the paper proposed reference voltage Perturbation and Observation and verified theoretical analysis by simulation.Second,after the detailed analysis of specific conditions the solar cells interface circuit need to satisfy,the paper proposed a DC/DC circuit topology applicable to photovoltaic system with MPPT, which is zero-transition two-phase interleaved Boost converter without auxiliary switch.As a consequence of the interleaving operation.the two-phase boost converter exhibits both lower current ripple at the input side and lowervoltage ripple at the output side.The theoretical analysis is verified by simulation.Finally, experimental results of the prototype were studied and compared, and theory analysis was experimentally verified. |
