Study On The Procurement And Inventory Of Raw Materials To Horizontal Integrated Virtual Enterprise

Procurement inventory management has been one of the important parts of enterprise management work, which is helpful to save operation costs, and get much profit. So it is positive to discuss about how to strengthen the procurement inventory management in horizontal integrated virtual enterprise(HIVE).Based on theories of joint procurement and inventory management,GA-BP network, AHP and so on, this paper discussed the problem of raw material procurement and inventory of the HIVE, and the forecast model of procurement lead time and the classification and centralized joint inventory model are given. The achievements enrich and maturate the theory of virtual organization.Firstly, from the procurement and inventory theory, this paper presents raw materials procurement and inventory management of the three models of the HIVE. On this basis, the paper propose joint procurement and joint inventory models. Finally, indicate the superiority of the joint procurement and inventory management of the HIVE.Purchase lead time plays an important role in production and operation of the HIVE. Firstly, prediction model of purchase lead time was built in this paper. Secondly, simulation experiments of purchase lead time were conducted based on GA-BP neural network, and prediction of lead time of procurement should be comparative accurate.Inventory management of raw material is the foundation of the production & operation of the HIVE. Firstly, JMI model of the HIVE was built. Secondly, influence factors of raw material were analyzed, and the classification & centralized joint inventory of raw material was conducted. Lastly, combining the analysis of process capability indices and inventory time of the HIVE, time range of inventory which was accord with 6σlevel of JMI was obtained.
