| Transport is an important part of supply chain logistics. In the process of transportation, the cost of transport equipment is very significant, including transportation vehicles use cost, maintenance cost, the vehicle damage caused by the loss efficiency etc. In a large transportation enterprise, in order to adapt to different transport demand, there will be a variety of transport vehicles.However, vehicle maintenance could be hard simultaneous due to the vehicle’s battery life is different. It can be only waited for vehicle repair after the battery out of order, resulting in larger maintenance costs. On the other hand, the vehicle battery is damaged in transit, will lead to vehicles parked in transit, transportation delays. In view of the life distribution of similar car battery optimal economic lifespan and purchasing quantity of the establishment of the objective function, algorithm and configuration optimization problem, the paper puts forward a mathematical model for optimal economic use time and optimal purchasing strategy. And an actual case would be referred to validate the proposed mathematical model and the analysis of the sensitivity of various factors.This article mainly research the joint procurement and inventory strategy of a variety of automotive battery with similar life distribution through the following several aspects:1. Reading the related research on procurement and inventory in the supply chain of automotive batteries, understand the research of this kind of problem research status all over the world. The status quo of the purchasing and inventory on the domestic and foreign company indicate more research needed on car battery lifespan distribution and joint procurement with a variety of products;2. Analyzing the related knowledge of supply chain management and decision of purchasing management in theory, this paper puts forward the continuous review and periodic inventory, fixed quantity, the maximum inventory and safety stock inventory strategy. Besides, the economic order quantity and multiple product joint replenishment has been studied.3. The factors affecting the service life of the accumulator is analyzed, puts forward the distribution of car battery service life. The battery life expectancy has been proposed on the base of the optimum used lifespan. The paper concluded that the order quantity of different types of batteries after analyzing the life expectancy of different batteries.4. Study the car battery service life and obtained the optimum service life. The paper build the optimal mathematical model of joint procurement battery service life. Under the condition of all cost minimization, the optimal battery using time and purchase cycle are specific through global search algorithm.5. On the basis of the mathematical model of joint procurement, a practical examples is presented to analyze the optimal use lifespan from the practical application. In addition, the paper explores the order cost, storage battery failure costs, inventory holding cost and replacement cost of the total cost and the optimal use lifespan to dig the joint procurement model of each component’s influence on the supply chain cost.In conclusion, this paper will study the life distribution and the optimum service life to establish the joint procurement model. Combined with the actual case, the paper will research the model feasibility and practicability. |
