Research On Procurement And Inventory Management Of Construction Enterprise In The Supply Chain Environment

Today，with intense competition of the construction industry, the overallreducing space of construction enterprise management cost is shrinking, but thereare a lot of reducing space of cost in the procurement and inventory managementfor material of the project. The procurement and inventory management play thegreatest effectiveness in reducing the cost of construction enterprises by usingadvanced management ideas and scientific methods, which is the fundamentalway of increasing interest and improving the competitiveness of constructionenterprise. As the supply chain and supply chain management ideas proposed, theresearch and application of construction enterprise by utilizing the method ofsupply chain management are played more and more attention by researchers andconstruction organization.In the paper, improved model and material procurement based on theclassification and supplier management optimization strategies are researched onthe chain and supply chain management ideas, which are aimed at the problemson classification of material and procurement and supplier management. At thesame time, supply chain inventory management strategies based on classificationare provided for solving the problem on inventory management of constructionenterprise. Finally, according to the characteristics of material procurement andinventory management of the construction enterprise, we have chosen of greycorrelation method for evaluating supplier and designed and made the model ofJMI (joint inventory management) on the characteristics of construction enterprise.Through a series of case data validation and research of F construction enterprise,the procurement and inventory management optimization strategy under theenvironment of supply chain are analyzed and summarized objectively.Case data of construction enterprise show that:①When selecting strategicand leveraged supplier by using grey correlation method, construction enterprisesbuild strategic partnership with the supplier that has the highest comprehensiveselection index numerical scores; which can avoid the effect of subjective factor;②Using the joint inventory management model under the coordinationmechanism of construction enterprises at a disadvantage, construction enterprise total cost is30.13%less than real total, supplier total cost is6.56%less than realtotal cost, supply chain cost is27.87%less than real total cost, which can improvethe economic benefits of construction enterprises, also can increase the interestsof the supply chain.
