Straddle monorail is a kind of fast and light city traffic. It brings a great convenience to the citizens. Because of the characters, what are little noise, strong climb ability and have small rotate curve, it is very adequate to be constructed in the city which is big, mountain. Road condition, as called linear, of monorail track beam will change when time pass, Pedestal or Anchoring Screw loose. This kind of change will influence the running of monorail deeply.In order to detect the linear of monorail, we designed a detecting system based on the chord measurement. From analysis of the chord measurement, we have known that the value of chord measurement can reflect the up and down movement of track beam, be relate to curve and angle of track beam, gain long chord displacement through transforming, get cross level by setting fitting detect points. So it is fit to detect the linear of monorail track use chord measurement. Based on this condition, we can know the out of shape face linear of monorail, oriented surface linear of monorail, cross and longitudinal level, curve of monorail and stagger high of monorail always. This project sets up a machine detect system based on the theory. The main parts of the system are zero correction part, basement correction, setting displacement transducers at all kinds of detect points, routing measure unit, flag check unit. We use angle code transducers to measure the displacement of different points, check the position of andante means with medal detection and make it to be the flag of detection, design proper part of damp to shock absorption of detection system. In the rail detect situation, we get well result, so it proves that the detection system based on chord measurement is possible.In order to analyze the linear of monorail, we design a serial of methods on how to do it. All these methods consult rail track irregularity analysis, road analysis and bridge vibration. Use these methods, we can get some parameters of monorail. It include curve, stagger high, chord displacement and fractal dimension. Also we analyze these data from part of statistics. These include power density, self-relative, multi-fractal. It can get the conclude that these parameters is comparable. On the analyze of power density, we know that the monorail have some wave length, linear data is self-relative and the data own multi-fractal. All these parameters and characters provide foundation to maintain the running of monorail.We have wrote two copy software system, they are Linear Data Acquisition System of Monorail and Linear Data Analyze System of Monorail. They are separately used to acquisition linear data in the course of detection and analyze the linear data after detection. In the acquisition system, we use multi-thread technology, so it can acquisition data real-time, monitor the detect speed in the course and find the andante means flag, store the data to servers immediately. The analyze system can gain some parameters refer to design requirement through analyzing the linear data, store the analysis result, query the requirement result. The two system make that we can detect linear condition of monorail really.The detect system make the acquisition and analyze come true. At last, we prove that this system is possible through acquisition data and analyzing data late on the real monorail. So we provide technology and method experience to the linear detection of monorail.
