The development of compression technology, as the core of automotive air-conditioning, has always been of concern to vehicle manufacturers. With advantage of small, simple structure, fewer parts, Smooth working, rotary vane compressor as a new compressor have become the mainstream of modern automotive air conditioning compressor. As one of the key technology of rotary vane compressor, scholars do much research on profile, but still remain the phase of profile design and analysis at present, without one common cylinder shape design method.The papers established unified kinematics model of vane based on further research on rotary vane compressor, and supposed a new theory of profile design and analysis. Combined with this theory, the software platform on CAD was developed to apply to profile design of rotary vane compressor. The platform is feasible and effective to support design and shorten development cycle of new products in engineering terms.The subject comes from state key laboratory of mechanical transmission fund (Item Number: SKLMT-KFKT-200905), the main research is as follows:1 Systematically studied the development of domestic and international status of automotive air conditioning compressor. Focusing on the research and problems of rotary vane compressor. Pointed out that constraints of previous research on the new rotary vane compressor's design and research, and proposed a new-type profile line design idea for rotary vane compressor.2 With the detailed analysis of structural and deep research of working principle on the rotary vane compressor, we identified the difference between the blade-cardiac and blade-offset on its structural parameters and established the mathematic model of the basic capability and the calculate formula of eject volume. The proposed mathematical model and derived formula have universal significance for the analysis and design of rotary vane compressor.3 Established the new model for rotary vane compressor. Through in-depth study of the working principle and the section structure, we established the unified kinematics and dynamics analysis model of the blade for the blade-cardiac and blade-offset rotary vane compressor. The blade's actual kinematic is obtained through appling equidistant curve envelope principle . It put forward a scientific theory guidance for the profile design of rotary vane compressor.4 With deep research on the common motion law of blade, we got a blade motion equation having good performance and obtained new-type combination profile through applying the basic theory of profile design. The rotary vane compressor using this new-type have a large displacement ,high compression efficiency and volumetric efficiency, no moving shock and mutation of velocity and acceleration for leaves. it also improved the seal between the cylinder and the rotor. This technology had been applied for national invention patent (patent application No. 201010517105.6) in the substantive review stage currently.5 Developed a CAD system for design and analysis of the rotary vane compressor based on the Windows environment, provided rapid design and analysis tools of rotary vane compressor's new products.
