Automotive air conditioning compressor, the core of the refrigeration system, is thepower source that maintains the refrigerant cycle in the refrigeration system. Therestriction of internal noise caused by hydraulic pulse triggering in the compressor hasbecome extremely urgent for the improvement of automobile comfort requirements. Interms of rotary vane compressor, air flow pulse is the main noise source of noise causedby accumulator. Improving acoustic characteristics of accumulator is the effectivemeasure to reduce the noise radiation. Air flow noise is caused by the airflow pulse,which is also known as the outlet and inlet pressure pulse noise.This paper focuses on air flow pulsation of a certain type of rotary vanecompressor. After reading a large number of Chinese and foreign literature andcomparative analysis, the design of rotary vane compressor internal structure was putforward to eliminate the outlet airflow pulsation of the rotary vane compressor. Basedon this design, the simulation is utilized and the results show the improvement.Firstly, the traditional theory of flow pulsation of correlation analysis methods,such as plane wave theory was introduced. And based on the analysis of internal flowpulsation of the rotary vane compressor, the flaw of these methods, as well as the energydissipation problems of the orifice, were pointed out. Internal structure of the orificewas improved. Aiming at the complexity of the rotary vane compressor internal channel,CFD analysis of the compressor air flow pulsation, based on computational fluiddynamics,is proposed. Through comparing analysis and practical engineering, CFD ismore suitable for analysis of rotary vane compressor internal channel flow fluctuation.Computational fluid dynamics CFD is greatly applied in various engineering fields.In this paper, focusing on the exhaust end airflow pulsation of a rotary vane compressor,its internal structure was optimized based on the principles of eliminating airflowpulsation from the source. Aiming at the experiment in the theoretical calculation ofdifferent pressure test to200Hz is not uniformity (5%,10%,15%,10%) as input andthe same pressure uneven degree (20%), the frequency of180hz-180hz as inletboundary conditions, change of fluctuating pressure on monitoring the data provided byCFX simulation test and contrast. The theoretical calculation results show that thesimulated body can effectively attenuate internal pressure pulsation of compressor, andhas a good hydrodynamic performance.
