Energy crisis and environmental pollution urgent need the rapid development of electric vehicles. But the behind motor drive technology and motor control technology limit the speed of electric vehicles into the family. In oder to comprehensive develop the technology of the motor and follow the international trend, integrated brushless DC motor and excited DC motor to make a new motor - hybrid excitation brushless DC motor, HEBLDCM not only retains all the advantages of BLDCM, and increased field winding makes Electric field adjustable. So hybrid excitation brushless DC motor torque and speed regulation are broadly, it will have a good prospect in the field of electric vehicle motor drive.The HEBLDCM control system needs to coordinate control of armature current and excitation current,So the motor control system and control procedures becomes complicated. the perspective of electric vehicles From the practical requirements of electric vehicles,the design research depth on HEBLDCM control system control software design and hardware implementation.First, the introduction of hybrid excitation brushless DC motor and draw the basic principles of the mathematical model; Secondly, the actual demand for electric vehicles with the motor operation mode is divided into low-speed zero-excitation, increasing speed magnetic, high-speed zero-excitation and high-speed four weak magnetic model, and determine the corresponding control strategy; again, based on the fixed-point DSP chip 32-bit high-speed and six-unit TMS320F2812 IPM intelligent power management control system hardware structure design; then control strategy based on the framework of the hardware structure and design of the control software; Finally, built in the MATLAB environment simulation module of the system and the simulation, the simulation results consistent with the theoretical analysis.
