Electric vehicle (EV) is facing a development apex under the pres -sure of resource and environmental crisis. More and more EV products have been put into market with the development of electric technologies. Pure EV is difficult to meet sufficient distance, so hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) has been paid more recently.This paper is focused on the electrical part of the electricity propelled automobiles. The writer first introduces the basic structure, working principle and the establishment of the mathematic model of the mixed magnetic brushless direct current motor. And then elaborates on the hardware and the software design of the digital control system. The system and the element mainly used in the system are introduced as well as the control circuit and the main circuit design. The key points lie in interface resolve method in hybrid voltage-logic design, A/D sampling circuit, SPI communication port and the protect of the main circuit. In the software parts, integrated control strategic is introduced firstly, and then the imagination of subsection control is brought out. The resources allocation of the system software is discussed in detail. At last flow-charts of main program, program initialization and program interruption are formulate.Hybrid excitation brushless DC motor control system based DSP is mostly analyse to optimize magnetic flux changing and speed control. On the basis of summarizing the whole passage, we forecast the development of this research.
