Transfer Station is a transit station which is located between the product origin (or Centralized location) and the destination.And it is to ensure the continuity of the process of transporting goods and reduce transport costs.Transfer Station is widely used in industrial production,since it builds simple,costs low, and can free change transport direction according to production process. The transfer stations are open-style reinforced concrete frame structures.They are typical towering flexible structures which have less fill walls,less pillar,compared commonly big height and width , and generally only set the floor level where the equipment located. Conveyor belt tension and power equipment faze force that act on the upper structure are the main excitation source of the transfer abnormal vibration. The production process and structure features are the source of transfer station vibration problem. Nearly a decade, with the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, transportation field widely adopted the long distance, high belt speed large-capacity, high-power belt conveyor, which makes vibration problems of transfer structure more prominent. The researchs on the vibration of the transfer stations are relatively few, because many studies were focused on the structure of the seismic area.There is still no systematic national research results can be applied to the new reference design and the structure of the reinforcement and repair of existing structures. The actual testing comparison shows that, for 6 degrees District, the industrial construction seismic issues are far less than the vibration that resists the excitation force. While for structural vibration control problem, it generally tend to the traditional reinforce methods. Their effectiveness has yet to be discussed.Therefore, this article takes RZ2 and K9 transfer for example as a starting point, has been focused on the following areas:(1) Summarize the current industry structure of common type of transfer stations and structural characteristics. Make it Clear that the importance of transport and urgent problem of the transfer station in the industrial structure.(2) Through field investigation and dynamic measurement experiment, we obtain transfer structure dynamic characteristics and practical dynamic response. And it provides a solid foundation for the reasonable model analysis.(3)Put forward more actual transfer whole structural calculation model, through taking into account the corrugated steel sheet skinned effect and fill walls'lateral stiffness of structure and making some simplification of the structure; And through theoretical calculations and experimental results of comparative analysis ,we can verify the rationality of the mechanical model.(4) Clarify respective analysis methods and analysis of the main points of the horizontal vibration and vertical vibration of the transfer structures, according to the model calculation and analysis.(5) Assess the status of the transfer station, through analyzing the influence that the vibration impact on the three main aspects that is the structure of buildings, machinery and equipment, combined with the existing vibration standards and allow limits on the structural dynamic analysis and vibration test results.(6) To solve the power equipment operation process of the transfer of abnormal vibration problems,through calculation and analysis, we put forward the corresponding reinforcement scheme。And also it provides a certain reference for the current transfer abnormal vibration reinforcement and reconstruction.
