In today's world,with the rapid development of underground tunnels and railway projects,more and more shield machines are used to dig tunnels,which is located in Shanxi County,Jingbian,China Railway Construction Menghua railway Baicheng tunnel for the first time using a large cross-section of the cross section of the type of shield machine excavation,the total length of the tunnel is 3345m,the excavation length of shield is 3000m,and the excavation section is 10950mm*11900mm,the shield tunnel has a long distance and large excavation area,at the same time in order to better link with the belt conveyor,it is a project of the first railway shield tunnel to use the belt conveyor to produce slag.The belt conveyor has the advantages of timely cleaning the dirt,high efficiency and low energy consumption,but the application of belt conveyor is used in TBM,may appear due to the high humidity of the conveying material between the pulley and the pulley,roller spacing unreasonable belt jitter,unreasonable starting time and so on,these problems have a great hidden danger to the long-term operation of the conveyor,so it is necessary to study the problems in detail.In the construction work,the continuous belt machine's working condition includes the no-load start and the load start,under normal circumstances,after the completion of the slag,the subsequent belt confidential continue to run,ensure that the material on the belt is finished,but there will be an accident in the tunnel,there will be a load carrying with the start of the situation,and whether it is loaded and unloaded in the process of roller,roller,conveyor belt loss is relatively large.In view of the above conditions,the tension of each point of the conveyor belt is calculated and checked by the method of point by point tension in the design manual of DT II belt conveyor,A simplified model of belt conveyor was established in multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn,The utility model mainly comprises a supporting roller,a roller and a conveying belt,wherein,the conveying belt is directly connected with the flexible connecting force in the form of a block,In the software of continuous belt machine for dynamic simulation,and the simulation in the start time of different time and different distance between rollers and have no material impact on the load in tension dynamic characteristics of strip speed,under the conditions of three conditions.According to the above research conclusions,the roller spacing adjustment is carried out on the construction site,The roller is easy to appear in the belt shake and the feeding section is increased,And adjust the volume of the screw conveyor,due to the conveyor belt jitter caused by the phenomenon of material spilled and conveyor belt slippage and the roller replacement frequency are obviously controlled.
