The Tribology Behavior And Dynamic Characteristics Of The Conveyor Belt

In order to master conveyor belt dynamic characteristics,during start-up and operation process,and better research of belt conveyor,the paper firstly introduces the basic mechanical characteristics of the conveyor belt,and studied the steel cord conveyor belt and nylon conveyor belt of stress-strain,the friction and wear characteristics on the basis of experiment.under the condition of the conveyor belt material,load,sliding speed,lubrication condition,the tribological behavior of conveyor belt is obtained.The nonlinear dynamic equation of belt conveyor,the use of Darren Bell formula are derived by the conveying driven displacement and dynamic tension of the solution,analysis of the conveyor belt elastic wave velocity and the propagation mechanism of tension wave.Through the Recur Dyn software simulation of the belt speed, stiffness,during the process of start-up and stable operation in transmission to drive the tension characteristics of the belt conveyor;building the belt conveyor Simulation test system,through the experiment obtained in variable frequency start-up and different braking mode,testing get conveyor belt speed and tension variation,and puts forward the control of large conveyor belt running stability, the feasibility of the method.Paper, Firstly,is based on the most basic physical characteristic of conveyorbelt to develop this research,tensile properties of the different conveyor belt materials are tested by tensile tester,found that different material from the conveyor belt should stress and strain characteristics of different;working time is different in the same material conveying belt should be stress-strain characteristics is also not the same,the conveying Belt should stress and strain with time-varying characteristics.The conveyor belt creep,braking slide,relative sliding conditions such as feeding,conveyor belt wear is serious,the conveying belt friction and wear as the starting point in the research of the load,sliding velocity,shape of the material and lubricating condition on conveying belt wear characteristics,conveyor belt wear leads to the conveyor belt surface aging crack zone,belt becomes thin and uneven stress,conveying belt deviation problems,these problems,this paper on experiments as a means to get conveying belt friction and wear data,by observing the surface of the conveyor belt wear morphology analysis of the conveyor to wear process,analysis data obtained conveyor belt wear reason,and puts forward appropriate control of the conveyor belt wear strategy.The conveyor belt,with viscoelastic properties,can not accurately predict the stress and strain of time-varying characteristics,bring various problem,such as,the parking, power balance,life and cost problems,and the braking process of conveyor belt tension transmission belt "surge" phenomenon and operation process with the vibration problem,its essence is the problem of conveying belt viscoelasticity and the spread of tension wave,this paper studied and solved thebelt conveyor in start up,the process of braking belt tension problems,given tension wave propagation mechanism and propagation speed,calculation formula of dynamic tension,proper control strategies are proposed,which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the research and development of large belt conveyor.
