With the development of economy, the production and living of people growing demand for electricity, security and reliability of power supply and distribution system put forward higher requirements. Real-time access to power grid parameters can effectively improve the security of supply and distribution, through online real-time dynamic monitoring of the grid data, enabling data collection, transmission, dynamic master grid system operating parameters, you can discover the problems and take corresponding measures to effectively enhance and improve the supply and distribution system operating environment and reduce accidents. Therefore, the development of a real-time monitoring of low-voltage feeder cabinet device electrical parameters is meaningful.This paper first introduces the development of power monitoring device, and then design the low-voltage feeder cabinet monitoring device according to the requirements of power supply and distribution system. The hardware monitoring device adopts a dedicated high-performance single-chip energy metering chip STC15F2K60S2and ATT7022CU combining architecture. Collected by chip ATT7022CU multiple outgoing feeder circuit current cabinet, and then read the data and calculated by the microcontroller, the results can be uploaded to the host system, can also be displayed locally. Software design is modular in design, including the main control module and a plurality of function modules, function modules include data measurement, data display, remote communications, which is the use of remote communication interface RS-485Modbus communication protocol and IEC60870-5-101of the Statute.Upon completion of the monitoring device hardware and software design and implementation, based on the commissioning of the entire device, the monitoring device to achieve a low-voltage feeder for multiple outgoing cabinet and each circuit loop current switch status monitoring functions, and has a simple structure, scalability well, measure and communicate accurate, and low manufacturing costs, meet the design requirements.
