| So-called "four-remotion" is the reduced name of "remote measurement, remote communication, remote control, remote adjustment" . Remote measurement is the electronic technology which is to remotely measure the analog signals such as electrical current, voltage, power, pressure, temperature and so on, and to centrally display them in one LCD. Remote communication is to remotely monitor the states of working and running of electrical switches and mechanical equipments. Remote control is to remotely control or protect the working states such as on, off, begin, stop of these electrical equipments. "Remote adjustment" is to remotely initialize and adjust working parameters or standard parameters of these equipments. In this paper, a distributed and intelligent "four remotion" electrical control system based on MSP430F449 single-chip microcomputer is developed. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1: At the base of simply analyzing the working principle of "four remotion" , the main control circuits of the function modules, such as the "four remotion" , communication, display and so on are analyzed and designed.2: The measurement of all electrical parameters of three-phase electrical energy is finished by applying high-powered 16 bit MCU and accurate measurement electrical energy chip Sa9904b. The functions of protection and alarm are realized by sampling the input and output parameters of voltage and current. The display module is developed by using the LCD OCM12864-2.3: The communication between MCU and Computer is realized by 485 Bus and Modbus protocol. |
