Design and implement a set of substation auxiliary equipment real-time monitoring system with remote monitoring capabilities, which can solves many issues exist in the process of environmental monitoring, such as not comprehensive monitoring, disaster information is not communicated in a timely manner, high labor inspection costs, data statistics laborious, environmental factors seriously affect the operation of life of equipment operation, etc. The design goal is to achieve reliable, safe, stable, efficient operation of the substation. The content of this paper is to design and implement a system supporting communication scheme suitable for electric power production management rules of Chongqing. The selection of the Networking modes and communication protocol of the communication scheme are based on the analysis of the existing network technology and communication standards, and is designed according to the structure and environment of the current substation, through the use of the network transmit the statue frame with monitoring data. realize the real-time monitoring in areas management within the scope of the operation condition of transformer substation, reduce the workload of inspection personnel, quickly identify hazards and risks, ensure the safe operation of the running environment and improve the automation unified management.The main work and innovations of this paper is completed as follows:(1)By analyzing the environmental characteristics and monitoring system communication requirements of the current electricity place, research the common communication networking technical characteristics, selected ZigBee short-range networking technology and GPRS long-range technology, and designed the communication network of the assist remote real-time monitoring system.Through comparative analysis of some of the current major remote communication protocol, according to communication characteristics, communication frame type between devices and interaction protocol data stream, select the system in line with the communications needs of the class 104 and Modbus remote communication protocol.(2)Study Modbus communication protocol, design the frame format carried in the data content of front-end devices, and realize the interaction of the statute. Study 104 communication protocol, for the overall structure of the system and communication needs, redefined and redesigned the frame format, content data carried by the frame and the interactive procedures between devices, called the statute class 104.And applied to the communication scheme. And realize it in the communication program.Refined the 104 statute, solved the master station can only schedule the child station(ie, Centralized controller) problem, realize the main controller can be transparently transmitted by the controller instruction set, to achieve the purpose of remote control monitoring front-end.(3)Research of the system communication mode, by inverting the server/client work mode, to solve the problem of information integrated management difficult caused by IP shortage, namely the master is equivalent to the client, and the terminal is equivalent to the server. Master assigned a public IP address, but simply to assigned each controller a private network address.
