Modern people have more and more diversified demand for kitchen. Different peoplehave various needs. However, the environmental problems and food safety problemsof modern society become more and more serious, forcing people to pay moreattention to the green environmental protection design. This is a very gooddevelopment, because green design can bring more possibilities for the life of people,and do a contribution for human survival environment.In this thesis, according to analysis of the present situation and existing problems ofkitchen design and the related knowledge of food culture, green design, thencombined the research with some successful examples of the green design, and I willput forward some concepts of the future development of green kitchen design. Thisconcept can make people more convenient in our daily life, and change people’soriginal concept to the kitchen, the kitchen can no longer just a place for cooking, itbecome a public environment for people to communicate, entertainment andrelaxation. |
