Optimization Design Of Compound Family Kitchen Space

China has a history of food culture of more than 5000 years.In traditional Chinese family life,"Reunion" is the emotional sustenance of most Chinese people,and compound family is the most representative "Chinese style" family.The kitchen space in the residential space carries the "food" which is the most basic physiological needs of human beings.At the same time,people pay attention to their own quality of life,so that the optimization of the kitchen space is particularly important.The purpose of this paper is to make the kitchen space adapt to the needs of different groups of compound families,put forward corresponding solutions to the problems and optimize the design strategy,in order to improve its use environment and improve the quality of life;on the one hand,it provides new ideas for the contemporary compound family kitchen space design,on the other hand,it improves the kitchen space design method and system.Based on the relevant concepts of environmental behavior,this paper takes the compound family kitchen space as the research object,analyzes the kitchen environment and user behavior from the time axis and space axis,explores the basic situation,use environment and user demand intention of the research object,and summarizes the problems faced by the kitchen space at this stage.Then the kitchen space design in recent years is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing design are evaluated.In view of the problems faced by the compound family in the kitchen space,this paper puts forward the optimization design strategy and optimization transformation scheme in the space layout,operation streamline,storage space,function division,main equipment,lighting and other aspects.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the analysis and summary of the space environment and user behavior of compound family kitchen,there are still some problems,such as disordered operation line,block of overall space,unreasonable functional division and so on;(2)Through the analysis and evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing kitchen space,the space loop working line,DK type space layout and intelligent conceptual design are the mainstream direction of the design of compound family kitchen space;(3)The optimal design of the layout of the kitchen space should make the operator’s behavior in the kitchen space consistent with each other,and each functional space should form a "space loop";(4)Using the intelligent concept design to solve the problems of poor air quality,waste of water and electricity,low safety performance in the kitchen space,while increasing the safety and convenience of the kitchen,effectively improve the quality of life of the composite family;(5)Through research and data analysis,too much kitchen space will make the operator’s moving line more complex,so we should appropriately reduce the kitchen area and shorten the user’s moving line.
