With Chinese construction industry prospering in recent years, various constructions including houses, bridges and highways are being built across the whole country. Due to urgent market demand, as well as national economic development needs, more and more money are invested into infrastructure construction. Construction sites can be seen everywhere now. However, infrastructure construction is extremely resource-consuming. At the same time, with many people’s lack of awareness of environmental protection and energy saving, plenty of resources were wasted, causing serious damage to ecological environment. Under this circumstance, China is now facing a contradictory situation, in which economic development and environmental protection cannot coexist harmoniously. How are people going to overcome this problem? Economic development and environmental protection should be carried out at the same time. This leads to Green Construction.The so-called green construction technology, aims to increase the utilization rate of resources, by firstly ensuring reducing the pollution to the environment, and accordingly achieving high efficiency, low consumption and environmental protection. At the same time, project quality, safety and civilization will be also guaranteed to stay in an optimal state. In actual projects, green construction cannot be conducted separately. Only cooperating with, reevaluating and improving traditional constructing methods, it will grow into a construction technology that ensures sustainable development.This paper presents a discussion and research on actual implementation situation of green construction technology in Qincheng Dahe Garden Phase-I B, Shenzhen. In the macro-process of observing, summarizing and analyzing, valuable parts and improvable issues can be discovered and analyzed to make improvements. In last section, by summarizing the development speed and direction of both domestic and overseas green construction technology, this paper encourages to enrich its details and keep pace with the times with innovation and creativity.Research in this paper aims at promoting people’s environmental awareness to increase the utilization rate of resources, on this basis, to help establishing a comprehensive evaluation system for applying green construction in other infrastructure constructios.
