With the deepening energy crisis and people’s growing awareness of environmental protection, energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency characteristics has gradually become the mainstream direction of internal combustion engine development. Multiple injection technique is considered the technical measures to improve engine performance effectively and received close attention. In the control strategy is determined, the performance of the engine will be accurate calibration of the degree of injection control parameters and pulse spectrum decision. The article in a turbocharged diesel engine as the research object, using the INCA calibration software to pilot injection and post injection for online calibration, and study multiple injection in the influence on the performance of engine power, economy and noise.First issue of development and high pressure on the electronic control technology of diesel engine with common rail fuel injection system composition and working principle and the related knowledge of calibration is introduced in brief; Then analysis of high pressure common rail fuel injection system, method for controlling the release of pilot injection and post injection, injection timing and injection quantity, and carries on the thorough understanding of the relationship between each variable and its control MAP.Application of INCA real time online calibration system, with the methods of online calibration, the basic parameters for the release of pilot injection and post injection, pilot injection1, pilot injection2and post injection2(including fuel injection timing, injection quantity etc.) and control of MAP for accurate calibration. A summary of the method of calibration and the process of calibration.Using the engine bench test, the injection of the control parameters and the optimal adjustment of the pulse spectrum, for each injection engine performance impact on the experiment. The experimental results show that:Pilot injection1will not worsen the engine performance and fuel economy, and even in parts of the area consumption is also slightly optimization, and can effectively reduce the noise of the engine at idle speed. Pilot injection2can further reduce the noise of the engine based on the Pilot injection1. the engine torque and power can be improved when speed is lower than2000r/min, but as the speed increases further, the engine power will be worsen, and fuel consumption will be increase in the whole speed range. Post injection2makes the engine torque and power increase, but also increase the fuel consumption.
