As a result, the author mapped out adesign scheme about QYZ-12000type bridge mobile loading and unloading machine.At first, this paper has proposed population parameter and design specifications ofQYZ-12000type bridge loading and unloading machine. At the same time, the componentof this device was introduced and its basic characteristics were elaborated in detail. secondly,the overall and parts of mobile unloading car were designed, it mainly included the overalllayout, design principles, the design of the car bumper, wheel assembly, positioning device,frame, discharge hopper and adjustable discharge gate as well as the design and calculationof the car drive system. Finally, Pro/E software was used for modeling axle of the car. AndANSYS workbench was used for optimizing knuckle of axle of the car to obtain adeformation curve about the relationship of quality, equivalent stress, changed fillet radius.By these ways, both the quality and the total deformation of the car were reduced. So thisresearch has practical significance.This machine was improved on the basis of overhead cranes and general loading andunloading machines. The machine is innovative, which not only has transporting capacityjust like the crane, but also can stack the material evenly. which not only has the ability totransport the crane, but also has the ability to stack the material evenly. So it has obviousadvantages in terms of carrying mine bulk materials and heap construction. To be specific,this device was used to construct heap quickly、stack mineral material evenly without beingcompacted. The machine can expand the width of every heap construction effectively andcan well meet the needs of the follow-up of heap leaching craft.So it is a new equipmentwhich is suitable for major mining and heap leach metallurgical place of our country.
