In recent years, global warming has brought many economic and social problems; at the same time, under the background of globalization the problem of carbon emissions has become the focus of the international community and low-carbon has become the consensus of all mankind. The construction industry as a typical high energy consumption and high emission industries, major source of greenhouse gases, with huge potential for energy saving, relatively low emission reduction costs, easy to form carbon lock-in effect, therefore, the development of low-carbon construction has become an inevitable trend. Through analysis of carbon-related theories and maturity model, combined with the development of low-carbon buildings and influencing factors on home and abroad, this paper constructs a low-carbon buildings maturity model and gives out method for evaluating low-carbon building system maturity, providing a reference to the development of carbon building system.Based on systems thinking, analyzing the mutual relationship of participants involved in low-carbon building and influencing factors of low-carbon building system from the perspective of the whole life cycle, combined with the principle and structural characteristics of maturity model, this paper constructs low-carbon buildings maturity model with three dimensions and four levels and constructs preliminary indicator system, in which three dimensions are indicators domain, whole life-cycle assessment levels and four grades—"germination""beginning period"" revise ""perfect". Through statistical analysis of the preliminary indicators finally "low-carbon building system maturity model indicator system" is formed and then selection criteria are described.After comparing various kind of comprehensive evaluation methods and weight deciding method, combined features of low-carbon building system maturity model and in view of the advantages of gray and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in dealing with some of the information difficult to quantify, this paper applies Gray and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate maturity of low-carbon building and improved AHP to determine index weights. At last, this paper applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gray comprehensive evaluation to evaluating the maturity of a low-carbon building system of a case and analyzes the evaluation results. From the implementation process of the case, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gray comprehensive evaluation method can achieve maturity evaluation of low-carbon building system and has good maneuverability.
