Since 2016,the development of prefabricated buildings has been highly valued by the CPC central committee and the State Council.The government has repeatedly issued relevant support policies and has set a goal of spending about 10 years to make prefabricated buildings account for 30%of new construction.It can be seen that China's assembly construction has entered a period of vigorous development.China's prefabricated building development started relatively late.At this stage,the level of prefabricated construction projects is also relatively backward.This paper studies the maturity of prefabricated construction projects to understand the level of premise-based construction projects in China and finds problems and shortcomings in the process of prefabricated construction projects,proposes measures and suggestions to improve the capabilities of prefabricated construction projects,and the development of prefabricated construction projects.First of all,the paper defines the meaning of prefabricated buildings,and analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated building projects and the characteristics of project construction.Combined with the structural characteristics of the maturity model,a three-dimension four-level assembly building construction maturity model suitable for China is constructed.Three dimensions are the maturity level,life cycle of the assembly construction project construction and evaluation indicator system;four levels of maturity are "nitial level","experience level","standard level" and "continuous improvement level."Then,based on the theory of cooperation,from the perspective of the participants in the construction process of the prefabricated construction project,an evaluation index system for the maturity of the prefabricated construction project was established.This article uses a literature survey and field research methods to construct a preliminary evaluation index system,including 10 participants as the first-level indicators,41 influencing factors as the second-level indicators;screening the factors through the questionnaire,using SPSS 22.0 software for the primary indicators Statistical analysis was carried out to finally adjust the"evaluation index system for constructional building construction maturity" that includes 9 participants and 38 influencing factors.Thirdly,through the comparative analysis of various methods,the improved analytic hierarchy process method was used to determine the weights of the evaluation indicators.The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the maturity of prefabricated construction projects,and the gray comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the results.Finally,taking Sichuan Province as an example,the paper applies the research on the maturity model of prefabricated construction engineering,analyzes the results of maturity evaluation and draws a spider web map,and puts forward the measures and suggestions for the improvement of regional construction capabilities in Sichuan Province.
