Study On The Organization And Management Of HG Project Construction

Construction organization design is the soul and the core of the engineering project construction management work, while the construction of the project is complex, the construction organization design is the management activity aimed at the construction phase of the project. Project construction organization design need to adopt systematic management means and methods, plan the project reasonably and organize relevant human resource, coordinate and control the engineering project construction. During the construction organization and management of the project, well organization structuring and rational arrangement of labor resources could make human, financial and material resources, which are in the process of project construction management, achieve optimal configuration, and let the project construction acquire some remarkable economic and social benefits.Based upon engineering project management issues, this paper has researched relevant problems of the construction organization toward the engineering project HG. It has summarized the theoretical foundation, and according to emphases, difficulties and characteristics of project HG, this paper has accomplished the project construction organization design, while a project construction management organization has been established to assign responsibilities. This thesis has also studied schedule control and some concrete measures to reinforce time control, and it has organized the guarantee system of the construction quality goal with its corresponding safeguard measures. Within the analysis of the safety management measures about project HG, specific methods to strengthen safety management have been proposed. In consideration of the environmental objectives management, environmental operation control and management organization, environmental protection measures for project construction is present in this article. The research conclusions possess the directive function to enhance the construction organization management of engineering HQ and will also be of great significance for other engineering project management.
