With the rapid development of economy, China’s construction and installation enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressure. The original organization structure, labor service management, assessment management and quality management have been unable to adapt to the rapid development of enterprises, therefore, how to help these construction and installation enterprises adapt to market changes, actively respond to customer demands and complete the construction projects with better quality and shorter duration, has become a problem high on these corporations’ agenda.This paper takes Yueyang XCAF engineering limited liability company as an example, and analyzes the problems existing in the development of the company’s project, including the organization structure, performance examine, quality management and so on. To get a good effect, using the current advanced management ideas and management theory of construction project, this paper studies the company’s mode, and develops the improvement measures.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1) This paper analyzes the development status of the XCAF company and summarizes the main problem. And this paper carries on the detailed analysis for the organizational structure, management system and the understanding of leadership.To achieve some results, the author puts forward a series of reform plans.(2) This paper analyzes the above problems in detail, such as labor management, assessment management, and puts forward a series of reform plans.(3) This paper analyzes the quality management problems of construction project, and puts forward the reform plan to improve the quality management process and technical measures using the quality management and quality technology, and analyzes the implementation effect of the reform plans.
