Organization And Management Studies Of Yuli Hanjatuo Yangzi River Bridge

Hanjiatuo Yangtze River Bridge is a control project for the newly-built Chongqing-Lichuan Railway Line, one of the important parts of the planned Shanghai-Wuhan-Chengdu passenger corridor. The bridge is a steel truss cable-stayed bridge with a main span of432m; it is technically complicated and very difficult in construction management.This paper introduces the planning and organization of the whole construction of Hanjiatuo Yangtze River Bridge, which has been achieved by rational and effective planning, organization, coordination and control. By the means of project organization management, resource management, construction period management, quality management, safety and environment management and program management model, also by means of rational allocation of construction resource, optimized organization structure, the centralized management and control of enterprise legal person on the project has been achieved, thus to improve the level of project management. By adopting scientific and rational construction scheme, all the objectives of the project are achieved.Based on the specific environmental conditions and bridge type, and through site investigation and consultation of relevant documents, also considering the constructor’s available resources, this paper makes a research and planning for the general construction arrangement, organization structure and main construction scheme, resources allocation, construction period, safety and quality assurance; it also summarizes the experience and lessons in the construction of the bridge, which provides a guide for the construction of other similar projects.
