Get three commercial centers through digital processing Arc GIS spatial distribution of leisure facilities for all kinds of leisure facilities to analyze the spatial distribution, leisure facilities through Arc GIS Spatial distribution of the nuclear density analysis, the researchers found that the catering category and health&fitness category leisure facilities centralized distribution, present high degree of concentration, while shopping and entertainment category leisure facilities distributed evenly dispersed, present low degree of concentration. Finally, the paper studied the factors that affecting the leisure space layout in commercial center, using of Arc GIS buffer analysis to research the relationship of leisure facilities in city’s commercial center and other elements, the paper chooses commercial buildings, residential space and transportantions for research, the study found that commercial buildings, transportation, residential space has produced different degrees of impact to leisure facilities’ distribute in commercial center, Among them, the business buildings of the spatial layout to the leisure facilities have had a significant impact, within three business center commercial buildings around the six-minute walk time range, there are more than 76.85% of leisure facilities can be easily reached. Secondly, the spatial layout of urban public transport and leisure facilities distributes has a relatively close relationship, within three business centers all transportation, the 6-minute walk time coverage of more than 73.87% of the leisure facilities.
