With the miniaturization of the microelectronic devices, its consumption has reduced to the magnitude of microwatt even nanowatt. The power consumption of the system established with these devices of low power consumption is about in miliwatt magnitude. Then it has become an inevitable trend to make these devices realizing self-powered with various forms of energy in the environment surrounding. In this paper,with the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the size of the cantilever beam piezoelectric vibrator is optimized. Modal analysises and harmonic response analysises are also done with the piezoelectric vibrators with double cantilever beams and the ones with three cantilever beams. Then experimental study is carried out. The results proves that the piezoelectric vibrators with double cantilever beams and with three cantilever beams can harvest energy in a wider range of frequency better. Finally energy harvesting interface circuit is set up, and the complete energy harvester is tested.The energy harvesting measured performance of 28.246μW effective electrical power and 12.8393 V DC output.
