Since the21st century, on the interactive network of nodes and sensors have already gained a lotof research.However, because of the nodes are reduced in size and increased in number whichmaking chemical batteries power supply are no longer adapted to the development of technology.Therefore, the new energy harvesting research techniques have been payed more and moreattention.The problems of piezoelectric energy harvester at home and abroad have been summarized,the equivalent circuit model of the single-crystal piezoelectric cantilever structure is establishedwhich according to the piezoelectric effect and piezoelectric equations etc, then two kinds ofbow-shaped single crystal piezoelectric cantilever beam structure are proposed and analyzed.The main contents of this paper are: first, according to the equation and the electromechanicalcoupling of the piezoelectric properties, the equivalent circuit model of single crystal piezoelectriccantilever structure is established, the theoretical formulas of the resonant frequency and the outputvoltage are obtained;According to the length of the piezoelectric cantilever is inverse proportionalto resonant frequency, the bow-shaped rectangular single crystal piezoelectric cantilever structureand bow-shaped trapezoid single crystal piezoelectric cantilever structure have been proposed.Second,by finite element simulation software, these two structures were simulated comparison, bothstructures can be achieved wide frequency effects; the bow-shaped single crystal trapezoidalpiezoelectric cantilever and the bow-shaped single crystal rectangular piezoelectric cantilever arecompared with the same areas, resonant frequency of the former is smaller than the latter, And theoutput voltage of the former than the latter increased by17.00﹪; The more output of bow-shapedtrapezoid single crystal piezoelectric cantilever energy harvester can be obtained in the lowfrequency ambient vibration energy. Finally,by the experimental method, determination the rangeof concern frequency and the peak output voltage, the theoretical analysis and simulation results areverified.According to the study of the bow-shaped rectangular beam and trapezoidal beam structure, sothe effect of wide frequency is obtained.which provides simulation and experimental basis forpiezoelectric energy harvester capture more energy in the environment and makes a contribution tostudy the development of wireless sensor networks.
