| As two basic physical parameters of a product, mass and centroid’s attributes directly affect the performance of product. With the development and progress of science and technology, the products tend to be miniaturization. Therefore, the system for measurement on mass and centroid also need to be updated. This article is doing some research and design for measurement system on complex surface structure.Firstly, this article makes a whole system design scheme. This thesis establish a mechatronic design model based on the requirement, propose a design thinking of "mechanical measures, hardware acquires, and software handles", analyze the theoretical basis for the measurement system to prove the testability, and draw up the plan of mechanical structure, hardware and software.Next, the paper designs the sub-modules in detail. Mechanical module achieves the measurement in Solidworks through the analysis of principle combined with stationary frame structure and rotating gantry structure,. Hardware module is drawed in Altium Designer and finishes the processing and transmission for signal with precision acquisition circuit design. Software module is divided into two parts:the lower computer is responsible for controlling signal acquisition and conversion in AVR Studio with C language, while the upper computer is used for recording and computing data in Lab VIEW with G language.Finally, This thesis do some tests with standards on the plat which is built by the deigned system,deal with the datas to prove accuracy and do error analysis to suggest improvements and optimization programs, so that it can improve the reliability. |
