With the development of bridge crane towards energy efficient reliable, energy consumption of crane transmission also has attracted much attention. How to quantitatively detect the actual energy consumption of crane transmission mechanism has an important guiding significance for the crane saving design. This thesis by studying the energy consumption estimate of bridge crane transmission mechanism, found it hard to detect its energy consumption of lifting mechanism reducer, proposed developing a set reducer power detector, to solve the above problems, the following specific research.First to study the energy consumption problem of lifting mechanism, using the black box theory and serial theory to analyze the need of detecting energy consumption of the lifting mechanism. This thesis analyzed the need of measuring reducer power, proposing a plan that measuring simultaneously power of reducer torque and rotational speed.Secondly, to design the speed reducer of acquisition circuit power measuring system (lower machine), mainly including strain measuring principle of torque measurement module and frequency measuring principle of photoelectric rotating speed measurement module circuit. The torque measurement of the V/F conversion circuit and amplification circuit were designed, using STC12C5202AD PCA capture function, realized the rotating torque and rotational speed measuring signal calculation. It used Wi-Fi transmission model, through single chip microcomputer and UART interface to transmit measurement data to PC in the system.Then based on the requirements of measurement, designed the PC system, realized the measurement parameter setting, data processing and calculation, data analysis, torque control and database management, and other functions.The final, calibration of torque measurement and calibration method was studied, and put forward a tentative plan that the large range through a small range calibration. Through the experiment, this paper has analyzed the error of the measuring system, the factors affecting the measurement are analyzed, and some improvement measures were put forward.
