As the important part of "The Golden Card Project", this payment equipment using in the bus has the remarkable social and economic benefit. The bus payment system can eliminate the counterfeit banknote fundamentally and cut down Bus Company’s expenditure for hiring the conductors. Besides, this system can also speed up when passengers getting on a bus, so that it will save more time when the bus is parking, so as to improve the efficiency of the bus, and improve the city traffic congestion. What’s more, this payment equipment will make passenger more convenient when travelling by bus. At the present, there are still some problems with the bus payment device on the market, mainly reflected in that: the payment device in the vehicle need to be updated internal time and blacklists and extracted the consumption data by artificial. Not only increases the cost of the Bus Company, but also affects the timeliness of consumption data uploading seriously.On the basis of the analysis mentioned above, the purpose of this study is to design and develop a kind of bus payment device which is based on C8051F130. By the way of GPRS wireless communication, the payment device can realize updating the time, uploading the data, downloading the blacklist and other functions automatically.At first, this paper introduces the principle and demand of the payment device, and designed the hardware circuit according to those. This paper also gives the relevant theory of 13.56 M radio frequency and the specific design of the antenna matching circuit and the reading antenna circuit. Finally, the overall software process of treatment method, the flow chart of important parts in software and the way of handling the abnormalities are presented.The relevant content of the payment device was discussed and analyzed deeply in paper. The results obtained in this paper can provide some help for the development of the next generation of payment device.
