With the development of construction project management, building information modeling had been absorbed into this area.In this essay, the process of warning was finished with the BIM technology. The advantages of BIM in the process of warning have been found through the comparison among the traditional measures of the warning. The features of BIM combined with the timeliness of risk information update, the accuracy of information acquisition, and due to the visualization of the warning, the conclusion could be displayed on the screen by the 3D animation. BIM technology will be able to help the variety managers to break through the information obstacle and share the news.In this research, the architecture of the system of the process warning has been built with the BIM technology. According to the used mathematical methods of the process warning, and we use the MS Project, the modeling software and the model application software to finish the tasks. The project managers will find it more convenient to make decision with the help of the 3D visualization conclusion. In the end of the essay, an sample has been used to conform the system, and the conclusion has been shown in the way of the Navisworks software.
