After the 13 th five year plan of China,BIM(building information model)technology has developed rapidly,which has been applied in the whole life cycle of construction,municipal,bridge,highway and other projects,leading a new technological revolution in the field of engineering construction.However,the accident rate of tunnel engineering is still high every year,and the severe geological and climatic conditions are the reasons for the high risk factor of tunnel construction.Combined with the actual engineering of Taitian tunnel,this paper studies the comprehensive application of safety and quality management in the tunnel construction phase,aiming to solve the safety and quality problems in the construction phase by using BIM Technology,and provide a new idea for reducing the frequency of accidents.Based on BIM Technology,three-dimensional model of tunnel is established,3D construction animation is made with Bim and 3ds Max technology,and safety visual disclosure is carried out;construction progress management software is developed with Bim and unity technology to realize on-site progress management;project information exchange center is established with cloud platform to carry out bim-5d on-site construction safety and quality management.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the application status of BIM Technology in tunnel safety and quality management,establishes the safety and quality application scheme of BIM Technology in the stage of tunnel preparation construction and site construction,analyzes the advantages and engineering adaptability of BIM software,combines with the actual project cases,and refers to the level system of LOD model,puts forward the assembly modeling method of professional components by surrounding rock to realize the integration and sharing of engineering information.(2)This paper analyzes the safety and practicability of tunnel construction technology,simulates and warns the tunnel construction and portal protection technology based on 3DS MAX technology,and completes the visual disclosure of safety.(3)Based on case analysis,this paper analyzes the application effect and advantages of unity technology in other engineering projects,and proposes a development schedule management and early warning system combining BIM Technology and unity technology.It is applied to practical engineering to verify the feasibility of the system.(4)Based on the BIM cloud platform,project comprehensive information management and construction coordination management are carried out.Combined with bim-5d computer terminal,mobile terminal and network terminal,the site safety and quality management based on BIM Technology is realized.The paper proves that BIM Technology has feasibility and application value in tunnel safety and quality management.
