Structurual health monitoring of large complex structures has the characteristics of a large number of measuring points,a long monitoring cycle,and high difficulty of operation and maintenance.It is necessary to fully visualize monitoring data to understand the structure behavior and to create dynamic real-time safety monitoring method to track the state of structure safety.Building Information Modeling(BIM)with information management integration,three-dimensional model visualization,collaborative work efficiency and other advantages,can provide a platform for the visualization and sharing of structure safety information.It also provides the API develop port,which can be utilized to provide approach to structurual safety monitoring.Therefore,it is necessary to combine BIM with structural health monitoring,and to develop structural safety monitoring method based on BIM.Research on the method of integration and visualization of structural safety information is developed.Based on a structure model,this paper proposes the naming and coding method of the model components,extends safety information of sensors and monitoring components,and realizes the user-defined integration of extended information of monitoring components and sensors.The structural response plug-in is developed to realize the integration of monitoring data.The method of hyperlink is adopted to develop the method to integrate texts,pictures,videos and file information of other formats.By the method of secondary development,the data processing modules between Matlab and BIM platform is integrated.Based on the above,by the method of color interaction,tagging and dynamic effects,structural safety information is visually inquired based on the BIM platform.Research on the method of dynamic real-time monitoring and warning of structural safety is developed.Construction tasks are created and construction schedule document are integrated based on the BIM platform.The construction schedule information is associated with model to realize four-dimensional simulation of structure construction.Further,by interrelating structural response information and developing the plug-in of dynamic real-time monitoring,dynamic real-time monitoring of structural safety during the construction process and service period is achieved.Based on the above,by traversing structural response in real time,the safety warning in the process of structural constructionand operation is realized.With accessing and capturing associated components,the abnormal structural elements are tracked and located.By creating the project participants collaborative platform based on the internet and designing project participants collaborative work mechanism,project participants collaborative approach about structural anomalies is achieved.Structural safety monitoring of Zhuhai Opera Theater based on BIM is developed.Based on structural health monitoring system during construction and use stage of Zhuhai Opera House,Zhuhai Opera House ssfety monitoring platform is established based on BIM,which includes expand information module,structural response module,multi-format file integration module and dynamic real-time safety monitoring module.Further,based on the construction model,structural monitoring components,sensors,monitoring data and the actual situation of the scene of Zhuhai Opera House,the paper explains the functional application and realization process of structural safety information integration and visualization,dynamic real-time monitoring and early warning of structural safety.By the way,the safety monitoring of Zhuhai Opera House based on BIM is realized and the validity and practicability of the method proposed in this paper are fully demonstrated.
