The harmonious relationship of green building is emphasized between human, nature and environment. With the sustainable development concept, energy savings and environment protection idea, there is very different and no consistency is required between each green building. It’s inefficient to apply same design rules to each individual case. An optimal design should aim to achieve high level of operating efficiency, meanwhile reduce the negative environmental effects to the surroundings on the basis of building security, convenience, comfortablity and dependency.Good green building can improve environment quality, and protect original site texture. Also it alleviate around environment effect under human movement. Meanwhile, fine live space and less maintenance costs are obtained according to excellent design. On the other hand, high cost will be caused to owners because of unreasonable green building technology integration with advanced equipment, and more manpower, more resource waste. Reference and applicability will be researched by local typical case in Zhejiang Province.Commercial building integration with green building technology and operation will be researched as main subject to analyze local green building development and application. Also, systematicness, economy and purposiveness in management together with statistics, recordance and analysis of post evaluation will be applied in the project in summary of local adaptive technologies, products and suggestion. The idea of passive technique supplemented by active mechanical are applied in the project according to local condition. The building is able to achieve higher level of efficiency with lower cost.
