Research On Policy Optimization Of Green Building Development In Guangzhou From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

China has a vast territory and is the most populous country in the world,but many of its resources are relatively poor.In per capita terms,coal,oil,natural gas and other key energy resources are lower than the world average.After the reform and opening up,especially since the beginning of the 21 st century,the urbanization process in China has been further improved and accelerated,and the total resource consumption of China's construction industry has increased rapidly year by year.According to relevant data statistics,China's building energy consumption(including the production of building materials,construction and building use energy consumption)ranks first among the three energy-consuming industries of construction,manufacturing and transportation,and will continue to increase as China's urbanization continues to advance.Therefore,the development of energy-saving and environmental protection of green building in China has a very urgent significance,the construction of green building has gradually become a major policy area in the field of building to promote energy conservation and emission reduction to deal with climate change.In the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),it was pointed out that great importance should be attached to ecological progress and the establishment of a legal system and policy orientation for green production and consumption should be accelerated.In recent years,China attaches great importance to the development of green building.This paper takes guangzhou city as an example to analyze how green building development policies promote energy conservation and emission reduction.The main body of this paper is divided into six parts: the first is the introduction,which explains the background significance of the topic,literature review and research methods;Second,it defines and analyzes relevant theories and policies of green building,expounds the relationship between the development of green building and the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction,and the relationship between the development of green building and the government.Thirdly,the paper systematically summarizes the development process of green building in guangzhou through literature research,and the policy measures constantly adopted in this process,and analyzes and puts forward the problems that guangzhou faces and needs to solve in the next step of further development.Fourth,through the case study,the policy and practice of advanced cities at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed,which forms some experience of green building development in guangzhou.Five is about how to make a green building in guangzhou to enrage,more can promote the energy conservation and emissions reduction,in 2017,guangzhou green building design projects are summarized analysis,forafter a survey found that the inhabitants of several of the biggest concerns of visible green building standards implementation are analyzed,at the same time through a reference for other local standards policy,guangzhou green building techniques for improvement in the standard implementation of some Suggestions.Sixth,it summarizes the problems in the development policy of promoting energy conservation and emission reduction of green buildings in guangzhou,and puts forward specific measures to solve them.
